Climate Action Hub for Perth & Kinross, Open Session

Purpose of Event: This is the first of two gatherings to share views from those involved in / who would like to be involved in community climate action across this area to shape a proposal for a Climate Action Hub for Perth & Kinross. This application will be submitted to Scottish Government at the end of October. This session will be facilitated by a group of volunteers from community climate action groups in Perth & Kinross (see below).
From 09.45: Tea / coffee / shortbread / pastries will be served.
10.00: Welcome and presentation;
10.15: Workshop facilitated by local community action volunteers;
11.15: Opportunity to share workshop outcomes;
11.30: Outcomes from the Open Session and Next Steps.
12 noon: Sandwiches / Tea / coffee will be served allowing time for chat.
Please note -
• This event will be accessible to all, disabled facilities are available. Please advise of any particular requirements and we will do our best to accommodate all needs.
• Childcare facilities will be provided for the duration of this event. Please can you confirm in advance if you will require this.
• Please do use active and sustainable transport where possible and please do get in touch if you need support with the cost of travel to enable you to attend.
• Please advise if you have any dietary requirements, so we can prepare accordingly.

Next dates: Saturday 21st October in Perth; for application submission 31st October. A small group will prepare, collate input and draft application. Please advise if you would like to be on this group, meeting 7-9pm on Monday 2nd; 16th & 30th October on zoom.
